Terms of Use
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Pedro Conchas Burelo ("we", "us"), the developer of nonne. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use nonne.
This agreement is between you and us alone. Apple is not a party to it and is not responsible for nonne or its content, although Apple may enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary.
2. What nonne is
nonne is a daily planner for iPhone and the web. You plan a day around one or two priorities, and you can add tasks, subtasks, notes, tags, durations, attachments, reminders and time tracking. Helena, the voice assistant, turns what you say into tasks.
nonne is a planning tool. It is not a medical, legal, financial or professional advice service, and it is not a backup service.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use nonne. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 13.
4. Your account
You can sign in with a link sent to your email, with Google, or with Apple. There is no password to lose. Keep access to your email and to your device: anyone who has them can reach your account.
You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings, Account, Delete account. Deletion is immediate and it is not reversible.
5. Free plan, trial and Premium
nonne has a Free plan you can use indefinitely. Premium adds unlimited Helena, recurring tasks, external calendars, exportable hours reports, unlimited tags, a larger Circle and more storage.
Your 14 day trial. Every new account starts on Premium for 14 days. We do not ask for a card and nothing is charged. When the 14 days end, the account simply becomes Free. This trial is ours, not an Apple trial, and it does not turn into a subscription on its own.
Premium plans. Choose a monthly subscription, a subscription for six months or an annual subscription. The App Store shows the total price in your local currency before you buy. Taxes may apply based on your region.
6. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Apple bills you, not us. Premium is an auto renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
How to cancel. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose nonne and cancel. You can also reach the same screen from Premium inside nonne. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
Refunds. Purchases are made with Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in nonne is broken, write to us anyway at hola@nonne.today: the refund is Apple’s call, but the problem is ours to fix.
If we ever change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you will be free to cancel.
7. Your content is yours
Your tasks, notes, comments and attachments belong to you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, sync it between your devices, show it back to you, and share it with the people you explicitly share a task with.
We do not use your content to advertise to you, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models of our own.
8. Helena and AI
Helena turns speech into tasks. To do that, your voice is sent to Google’s Gemini AI while you speak. We ask for your permission before the first time this happens, and you can simply not use Helena. How it handles your voice is described in our Privacy Policy.
AI makes mistakes. It can mishear a date, a duration or a name. Review what Helena creates before you rely on it. You remain responsible for your own plan.
On the Free plan Helena is limited to 10 sessions per month. Premium removes the limit. A session starts when Helena begins listening.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use nonne to:
- break the law, or plan something that does
- store or share content that is illegal, or that is not yours to share
- attack, overload, reverse engineer or automate abuse of the service
- impersonate someone else, or invite people who have asked you to stop
We may suspend or close an account that does any of this. If we do, we will tell you why, unless the law prevents us.
10. Our part
The nonne app, its name, its design and its code are ours. These Terms give you a personal, non transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store’s usage rules. They do not give you our brand or our code.
nonne relies on services we do not control, including Apple, Google, Supabase and RevenueCat. If one of them fails or changes, nonne can be affected.
11. Availability, warranties and liability
nonne is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable, never lose a sync, or never contain a bug. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you and does not let us remove, including consumer rights.
Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for nonne. If nonne fails to conform to any warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that, Apple has no other obligation. Claims about nonne, including product liability, consumer protection and intellectual property claims, are ours to answer, not Apple’s.
You confirm you are not located in a country under a United States embargo, and that you are not on a United States list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with any third party terms that apply to your device or connection, such as your carrier’s.
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop using nonne and delete your account whenever you want. We can close an account that breaks these Terms. If we close an account, any subscription you bought is still governed by Apple’s refund policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. When a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using nonne after that means you accept the new version.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes belong to the courts of the developer’s domicile. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live, and it does not stop you from complaining to your local consumer authority.
