Your subscription
Premium is billed by Apple, not by us. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose nonne and cancel. You keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something broke on our side, write to us anyway: the refund is Apple’s call, but the problem is ours to fix.
Your data
You can delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings, Account, Delete account. It is immediate.
To see, correct or export your data, or to withdraw a permission you gave us, write to privacidad@nonne.today. What we collect and who else handles it is spelled out in the Privacy Policy, and the rules of the service are in the Terms of Use.
Can’t sign in?
nonne signs you in with a link sent to your email, so check your spam folder first, and make sure you are opening the most recent link. Each one can only be used once.
If it still will not let you in, email us from the address you signed up with and we will sort it out.
