Privacy Policy

nonne (“we”, “our app”) is a personal productivity app available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use nonne.

Account information: When you create an account with Sign in with Apple or Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from the identity provider. We do not store your password. If you use Apple's “Hide My Email” feature, Apple provides a private relay address; we store and use that address as your account identifier.

Usage data: The tasks, tags, preferences, and settings you create in nonne are stored in our database (Supabase) to sync them across your devices.

Calendar data: If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events solely to display them alongside your tasks. We do not store the content of your events on our servers beyond what is necessary for the feature to function.

Images and attachments: If you attach images to your tasks, they are uploaded and stored in our storage service (Supabase Storage). Only you can access them.

Notifications: If you enable push notifications, a device token is generated and used exclusively to send you reminders that you configure yourself.

Subscription data: In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription status. RevenueCat does not have access to full payment data; it only receives purchase confirmations from Apple/Google.

Local storage: Certain session data is stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure storage module (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). This data never leaves your device.

We use the information collected to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Sync your tasks and preferences across devices
• Send you the reminders you have configured
• Manage your Premium subscription
• Improve the performance and experience of the app
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for targeted advertising.

nonne's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, calendar data accessed via Google Calendar API is used only to display events alongside your tasks within nonne. It is not transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or combined with data from other sources beyond what is necessary to operate the feature.

To operate nonne we use the following providers who may process some of your information:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Data stored in the European Union or United States depending on your account region.
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management.
• Apple / Google — authentication (Sign in with Apple, Google OAuth) and payment processing.

All our providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires us to retain it for a longer period.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a readable format
• Revoke Google Calendar access at any time

We use HTTPS for all communications, encrypted storage at rest, and the secure authentication mechanisms provided by Supabase and the operating systems. However, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe.

nonne is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us to have it removed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via a notice in the app or by email. Continued use of nonne after the update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
